This is the whole event on one page. It is laid out as journeys, because that is how the day actually reaches people: a spectator, a show car, a vendor and a sponsor each travel a different path to the tenth of October, and every one of those paths is a row here. Under them sit the dated plan, the money, the decisions nobody has made yet, and the name against each.

Reading the live numbers

How to use it. Every box is a step in somebody's journey. Tap one and you get its live numbers, the links that act on it, and a workbench: a shared notepad for that step that saves as you type, so the thinking sits next to the figures rather than in someone's messages. A number on a box means something is waiting. Nothing here is a copy of anything, so if you change it, it is changed for everyone.

Signed in at the console you see live data and can edit. Signed out you see the shape of the plan without the money. Your own work sits at the top of the Team rail on the left.
